At Mirth & Mettle, every piece is prepared and packed with care. Below is everything you need to know about how your order makes its way to you.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and carefully packed within 2–4 business days of being placed.
Delivery time (inside Egypt)
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery coverage
We currently deliver across all governorates of Egypt. International shipping is not yet available.
Shipping fees
- Standard shipping: EGP 75 anywhere in Egypt.
- Free shipping on all orders over EGP 1,200.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with the courier name and tracking details so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Egypt. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives; the courier may not carry change.
Packaging
All orders are delivered in our signature secure, elegant packaging — perfect for gifting straight from the box.
Delays
During high-demand seasons, new collection launches, or official holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended. We will always keep you informed if your order is affected.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unanswered phone, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-ship. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the package and contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@mirthnmettle.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
