💕 Exchange & Return Policy

You can request an exchange or return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • In case of an exchange or return, only the shipping fees will be deducted.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all its original accessories.

  • Our delivery representative will inspect the product and confirm its condition and compliance before receiving it.

  • Once the returned item is received, the refund will be transferred immediately via InstaPay or an electronic wallet.

If you choose not to accept the order after inspection, the full shipping fee (EGP 130) will be charged.
